The given concept has arisen not on an empty place. The author of the concept has written very serious program for management of trading stocks. Use of this program has allowed to increase considerably sales of the goods and thus to reduce quantity (amount) of the goods which badly were on sale. The received experience has forced me to reflect on, how it is possible to apply the received knowledge to the analysis of a turnover of cargoes of seaport to reach (achieve) the maximal economic benefit. In a result the offered (suggested) concept for management of a cargo stock in sea trading port has been created. Applicability of the program Presently at any sea port, there is a good software for the account of the cargo following by the sea or arriving to a port from the sea. Every port has its own special local software to be intended only for the account of goods at the port. As a matter of fact the collected cargo processing data (by the sea, from the sea) is not used for the further advanced analysis. Such analysis allows to reveal urgently the undesirable latent tendencies and negative consequences in the work of port and to increase the speed of cargo handling as well. The program carries out calculation of parameters of a turnover of cargoes due to which, the user of the program can receive the clearest representation about parameters of cargo handling and a condition of cargo stocks in sea port. The computer program which can be created on the basis of the offered concept, is called to provide efficient control a cargo stock (management of cargo handling) sea trading port. Efficient control a cargo stock it - achievement and keeping of the greatest speed of moving of cargoes on the sea and from the sea. Speed of moving of cargoes on the sea and from the sea is expressed as parameters of a turnover of cargoes in revolutions, in days and in percentage. The parameter of a turnover of cargoes in days is an attitude (a relation) of absolute size of cargo stocks for the certain date to an average day time turnover of goods of the corresponding period (a rule of simplification of the mathematical formula allows to replace an average day time turnover of goods with volume of a turnover of cargoes for the period). Cargo stocks can be expressed in natural parameters (pieces, meters, tons, etc.) and in cost (in monetary units). The note: Further in the given description cargo stocks are expressed in tons. The sizes of cargo stocks depend on speed of cargo handling in sea port. Acceleration of cargo handling at constant volume of a freight traffic results in reduction of cargo stocks, and delay of cargo handling results in increase in cargo stocks.
